Full House Rental
Peak Summer Rates
(June 15th – September 15th)

Off Season Rates
(April 1st - May 14th & November 1st - December 14th)
$1,750 per night

Holiday Weekly Rates
(Christmas, New Years, President’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day)
$17,500 per week
Policies of Rancho Alegre Lodge:
- Manager will be on the property during all
house rentals.
- A daily full breakfast is included in the
rate.
- Concierge service and daily housekeeping
included in house rental.
- A minimum nights stay does apply and
varies by season, please inquire.
- Check-in time 3pm. Check-out time 11am.
- A deposit of 50% is required upon
confirmation of booking.
- Final payment is required 60 days prior to
arrival, along with the 6% sales tax.
- Payment of incidentals is required at time
of departure.
- Cancellations will result in forfeiture of
the total amount unless the house can be re-let.
- Guests are responsible for payment of all
nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure dates.
- A chef/caterer is available for hire.
- The above rates do not include phone
charges, taxes or gratuities.
- No smoking is permitted in the house.
*The rates are based on 1–14 person
capacity. Maximum capacity for the house is 20 people.
Groups of more than 14 guests will pay $100 extra per person per night.
