There are always surprises upon arrival, pleasant surprises. Most clients reply that our brochure or website do not portray the property to its full potential. The reply is “how could it?”…it is a MUST see and FEEL type of place. I will give away one surprise…our lively barnyard. The barnyard is full of life here at Rancho Alegre Lodge. Guests of all ages who visit the ranch love interacting with our friendly farm animals. Sally is a 200 lb. potbelly Vietnamese pig, Bob and Babe are two lively goats, Milford and Leon, the lambs, are the most affectionate, and 50 some chickens who lay fresh eggs daily for our use. A picture or two of the animals will make it into your “Rocky Mountain photo album” – GUARANTEED!!!!!!
