 Peak Summer Season
(July 1st – August 31st)
$20,500 for lodging and the wedding/reception site
$2,500 per night ($17,000 total for 7 night minimum)
$3,500 for the wedding/reception site
Summer Season
(June 15th – June 30 & September - September
15th)
$13,500 for lodging and the wedding/reception site
$2,500 per night ($9,000 total for 4 night minimum)
$3,500 for the wedding/reception site
Winter Season
(December 15th – March 31st)
$11,500 for lodging and the wedding/reception site
$2,000 per night ($8,000 total for 4 night minimum)
$3,500 for the wedding/reception site
Shoulder Season
(May 15th - June 14th & October 1st - October 31st)
$11,500 for lodging and the wedding/reception site
$2,000 per night ($8,000 total for 4 night minimum)

Off Seasons
(April 1st - May 14th & November
1st – December 14th)
 $10,500 for lodging and the wedding/reception site
$1,750 per night ($7,000 total for 4 night minimum)

The Wedding Package Includes:
Full breakfast served daily.
Parking Staff, to include 3 parking attendees on the day of the reception.
*Valet service can be arranged for an additional fee.
Electricity is provided and set-up is provided for the tent.
Manager service to oversee the property for the duration of the event.
Policies of Rancho Alegre Lodge:
- An event or wedding coordinator is
required.
-
 Manager will be on the property at all
times during all house rentals.
- Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time 11am.
- A deposit of 50% is required upon
confirmation of booking.
- Final payment is required 60 days prior to
arrival, along with the 6% sales tax.
- Payment of incidentals is required at time
of departure.
- Cancellations will result in forfeiture of
the total amount unless the house can be re-let.
- Guests are responsible for payment of all
nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure dates.
- A chef/caterer is available for hire.
- The above rates do not include phone
charges, taxes or gratuities.
- No smoking is permitted in the house.
*The rates are based on 1–14 person
capacity. Maximum capacity for the house is 20 people.
Groups of more than 14 guests will pay $100 extra per person per night.
