Availability

  • Manager will be on the property during all house rentals.

  • Concierge service included in house rental.

  • House rental includes up to 19 guests. If over 16 adult guests, a fee of $100 per guest, per night will be applied up to a maximum of 24 guests.

  • There is a $750 house cleaning charge.

  • A minimum nights stay does apply and varies by season, please inquire.

  • Check-in time 4pm. Check-out time 11am.

  • A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of booking.

  • Final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival, along with the 6% sales tax and 5% lodging tax.

  • Payment of incidentals is required at time of departure.

  • Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the total amount unless the house can be re-let.

  • Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure dates.

  • A local private chef/caterer is available for hire.

  • No pets allowed.

  • The above rates do not include taxes or gratuities.

  • No smoking is permitted in the house or near the barn.
